Don???t like the way they (both the receptionist and the dentist) communicate with patients. My husband and I were treated like primary school students. I was told that I had a crack on my incisor and treatment was needed. I had it checked by another dentist in order to have a second opinion. Xray was done and the second dentist said my teeth are all FINE without crack!

The dentist who took my appointment was incredibly rude! I called at 9:45 AM to book a dentist appointment because my tooth was really hurting. Even though I knew it was hard to get an appointment that day, I still asked. The dentist was incredibly unfriendly: “There’s no appointment available today!” I then asked if I could get an appointment for tomorrow. She replied, “Then 4:00! Remember to let me know if you come!” I thought that was normal.

What angered me the most was that when I called again in the afternoon to ask for details, she said the 4:00 quota had already been given to a second one. She has no memory and blamed me for not confirming! I was furious! My tooth was already hurting, how could I find a second dentist at the last minute? ???? Luckily, I called to ask for details! Otherwise, I would have been in big trouble tomorrow.
