The staff member who answered the phone was extremely rude. The inquiry process took less than a minute, and they hung up on the customer without even asking the question properly. Terrible staff.
Don’t like the way they (both the receptionist and the dentist) communicate with patients. My husband and I were treated like primary school students. I was told that I had a crack on my incisor and treatment was needed. I had it checked by another dentist in order to have a second opinion. Xray was done and the second dentist said my teeth are all FINE without crack!
The dentist who took my appointment was incredibly rude! I called at 9:45 AM to book a dentist appointment because my tooth was really hurting. Even though I knew it was hard to get an appointment that day, I still asked. The dentist was incredibly unfriendly: “There’s no appointment available today!” I then asked if I could get an appointment for tomorrow. She replied, “Then 4:00! Remember to let me know if you come!” I thought that was normal.
What angered me the most was that when I called again in the afternoon to ask for details, she said the 4:00 quota had already been given to a second one. She has no memory and blamed me for not confirming! I was furious! My tooth was already hurting, how could I find a second dentist at the last minute? 😡 Luckily, I called to ask for details! Otherwise, I would have been in big trouble tomorrow.

接預約個姑娘態度極差！一大早9:45打電話預約睇牙醫，因為牙齒真係好痛，雖然都知即日好難有位，但係都問一問，姑娘勁晦氣：「即日唔會有喎！」我再問咁聽日攝唔攝到個位呀？佢答：「咁4:00啦！你唔嚟記得通知聲！」我覺得都係正常。
最嬲嘅位就係，我下午再打電話去問詳情，佢竟然話4:00個quota 已經比咗第二個，佢自己無記性，仲賴我無confirm，真係嬲到震，牙已經痛，臨急臨忙點搵第二間😡，好彩我打電話問詳情啫！如果唔係，我聽日就慘啦

I had my teeth cleaned and filled. The dentist was very patient in explaining everything to me, and my teeth were very clean after the cleaning.
My dad went to have his wisdom teeth extracted. The price was reasonable, it only took 30 minutes, and the technique was top-notch.
醫生好熱心，手勢好，價格十分公道。
我係洗牙+補牙，醫生好有耐性去解析比我知，洗完後，d牙好乾淨。
我爸爸去拔智慧齒，收費公道，30分鐘就搞掂，技術一流。
