I had initially stated that the child was 4 years old, and they assigned me a female doctor surnamed Cui. Since they entrusted me with the case, I naturally trusted the doctor’s professionalism. However, the situation wasn’t like that. While my mother was taking care of the child, the doctor turned around and started scare and yelling, treating the child like an adult. After a few words, she even threw up and broke down. Her EQ was extremely low. She even told the child, “If you don’t want it done, then leave. Find another doctor. You’ll be in pain tonight.” This affected my emotions as well. Adults are already afraid of getting braces, let alone children. If they can’t handle it, they shouldn’t take the job. This doctor lacked ethics, experience, and professionalism. They were rough with the anesthesia and didn’t apply any numbing cream. In the end, they did the dental work, gave the child anesthesia, but did nothing, yet it cost 400 dollars. It felt like torture. I felt very guilty towards the child and regretted coming here.
This wasn’t the child’s first visit to the dentist; they had previously gone to a second dentist for fillings and cooperated well. However, after this experience, the child has lost trust in dentists, to the point that even female dentists refused to see them. We will continue to observe the psychological impact and also seek advice from relevant departments to determine if the dentist’s approach was correct.
Terrible! The dentist was impolite, incompetent, and rough, scaring my child and giving him a phobia of dentists. He’s now afraid to open his mouth for anyone to see! I regret not going back to this dentist!

一開始我已經講明係4歲小朋友，佢就安排條姓崔嘅女醫生畀我，既然佢畀到期我，我當然相信醫生嘅專業，但係情況唔係咁，阿媽一邊氹小朋友，個醫生轉頭就又嚇又鬧，過程當左小朋友係大人咁，講多兩講仲發爛渣掉嘢，EQ低，仲會同小朋友講：唔做咁你走啦，你搵第二個醫生啦，今晚你返去痛啦。搞到我情緒都開始畀醫生影響埋，大人整牙都驚啦，何況係小朋友，處理唔到應該唔好接，欠醫德，欠經驗，欠專業，粗暴打麻醉，唔塗麻膏。最後照左牙，打左麻醉，咩都冇做成為400蚊。仲好似行刑咁，我心對小朋友好內疚，同埋後悔嚟咗進一。
小朋友唔係第一次睇牙，之前有去第二間補過牙，都好配合。但經過呢次之後，小朋友對牙醫失去信任，搞到係女牙醫都話唔睇，心理影響會再觀察，亦會尋求相關部門諮詢此醫生做法是否正確。

10 月 23, 2024 和 3:00 上午Terrible! The dentist was impolite, incompetent, and rough, scaring my child and giving him a phobia of dentists. He’s now afraid to open his mouth for anyone to see! I regret not going back to this dentist!
劣評！禮貌不行，技術不行又粗暴，讓小童都害怕，對牙醫有心理陰影，不敢再張嘴讓人看！早知不回這間，後悔死了！

崔醫生手勢好好，溫柔又快手，之前mok了智慧齒完全唔痛
