I had read the reviews (4.7 stars at the time) and thought this might be a great place for a teeth cleaning with decent value for money, close to where I live. Unfortunately found my experience quite similar to one of the earlier posts, from Candy Chan. The cleaning lasted only 5 minutes and was incredibly rough and rushed. If I were to describe it, I felt the cleaning to be abrasive and harmful, with the staff doing the bare minimum, I did not feel like I was getting a quality dental cleaning. The dental nurse also was manually holding the saliva sucking apparatus (not sure what it is actually called) and dropped it a few times letting it fall out of my mouth, spraying watery mist. There was an attempt to hard sell a few extras, which I did consider but had wanted to see how professional the dentist and clinic were at first, so I declined for now. Unfortunately I don’t think I would trust them to do any more than just a cleaning. However, a $550 hkd price tag for a 5 minute cleaning still is questionable. Please go somewhere else, pay a bit more, and save yourself from discomfort and get a better quality clean. I’ve read the other reviews and am assuming either they had a different dentist or different procedure done, because overall it seems positive but unfortunately this experience for me has been a total Rip-Off!
I’ve been going to another dentist regularly but because of insurance hiccup I came to this one. The moment I laid down, the dentist already tried to sell with fear mongering tactics. I’ve turned down everything – teeth scaling only. And it was the quickest I’ve ever had. I think we’re done under 10 minutes. Cash only. 🙄
Professional staff and clean clinic. Facilities and technology they use are great.
I got 2 dental implants, beautifully matched. Dr. Kwan was quite approachable.
Overall good experience will visit again.
Dr Kwan is extremely professional and very experienced. He is meticulous with teeth scaling. He also gave candid honest advice about whitening options for my teeth and suggested the best value for money instead of the most expensive (many other dentist will simply try to sell the most expensive plan). I highly recommend him to anyone looking for good value when it comes to teeth cleaning. #gooddentist #dentist
During lockdown Ive got a toothache, yet I cannot go to Philippine. After a great deal of research online and offline, I chose Dr Regis. Dr Regis is super professional and patient, the whole clinic feels extremely relaxing and expert, and I am so pleased that I found him – I have been scared of going to the dentist for many years, but I feel like I can trust him to take good care of me teeth. It’s peaceful to be talked through every aspect of my treatment with the photos and x-rays so I understand everything the first time. I am grateful to have the chance to benefit from their care. I wholeheartedly recommend! If you need someone treats us with heart and same as the locals with a really affordable price, Dr Regis is the one!
Also, he has a good sense of fashion and humour as well x

9 月 15, 2025 和 8:28 下午千祈唔好係呢間植牙，植後唔舒服有問題致電診所至今一星期仍沒有回覆，他們會一直以醫生忙為由拒絕答覆，連預約日期也沒有，極為不專業，本人會在各謀體分享及向牙醫委員會舉報以正視聽。
