The doctor was professional and polite, but unfortunately, the registration clerk at the entrance was rude and gossipy, always talking behind people’s backs. I had an appointment for 12 pm, but waited 25 minutes to get in. I only suggested that if there was surgery that might cause a delay, it would be best to let them know, but she started gossiping. When I turned back to ask her something, I heard her badmouthing me. It was a terrible experience, and I won’t go back. She had absolutely no service spirit. When I was paying, I wanted to use the fast transfer card, but I mistakenly said EPS. The clerk immediately said EPS required a card, and this was the fast transfer card. I was still pressing the phone to transfer the money, thinking to myself: I’m not an old person, I know which is the fast transfer card! I didn’t want to argue with her, so I just paid and left! That clerk was incredibly rude, practically driving me away. I’d rather pay more at another dental clinic than go back to Chen Mingze Dental Clinic. I don’t want to give her any stars; even one star would be too much.
I was fortunate to receive treatment from Dr. Chen and Dr. Yao, and my dental problems were resolved smoothly. Both doctors were very professional, gentle, and polite. They listened patiently to my questions and answered them in detail, and were considerate of my feelings during the treatment process. Even the free follow-up treatments were handled with great care and attention. In addition, the young ladies were kind, polite, and explained things clearly, which deserves praise!

Two years ago, I went to Dr. Chan for a cleaning. After taking the X-rays, Dr. Chan found that the two teeth were poorly cannulated (including incomplete root canal cleaning, and they were covered with a single crown), leading to ulcers and chronic inflammation. In the long run, these two teeth could become unusable due to further cavities. Therefore, Dr. Chan recommended that I consider re-root cannulation. Since re-root cannulation is a specialist treatment, Dr. Chan referred me to Philip Dental Clinic for follow-up (I paid the same fees there, and the prices were very reasonable). After the root canal treatment, I went back to Dr. Chan to get the crowns.
Both Dr. Chan and Dr. Li at Philip Dental Clinic were very meticulous and had excellent technique. The fees were reasonable, and they explained all the risks and the treatment process to me in great detail. 👍
Teeth cleaning very professional and explained in detail of my teeth problems. Doctor suggested which were urgent and which could be kept monitor. Highly recommend!

醫生專業有禮，但可惜門口登記員串咀，無禮貌，鍾意响客人背後講客人壞話，預約12點，等到25分鐘先入得，我都只係建議一下如果有手術會遲最好通知一聲，佢就串咀，我離開返轉頭問嘢就聽到佢講壞話，比錢買難受，唔會再去，一d服務精神都無，比錢嘅時候，我想用轉數快，只係講錯咗EPS，串咀登記員即刻話EPS要比卡，哩個係叫轉數快，我一直撳緊電話過數，心裡講：我又唔係老人家，我夠知嗰個係轉數快啦！我費事同佢嗌交，過咗數就走！個登記員真係超級冇禮貌，同趕客冇分別，寧願俾貴啲去其他牙科診所都唔會再去陳明澤牙科，完全唔想比星星，比一粒星都嫌多

有幸得到陳醫生和姚醫生的治療，牙醫問題得以順利解決。兩位醫生都非常專業、溫柔和有禮，能耐心聆聽病人的提問並詳細地解答，治療過程亦能照顧到病人的感受，即使是免費的跟進治療也很認真和細心。此外，姑娘們都親切有禮，交代清晰，值得一讚！

大概8年前因為兩隻相連既牙蛀得太深，係另一間係銅鑼灣既診所（個牙醫姓林）到杜牙根。
早兩年去左陳醫生呢到洗牙，陳醫生幫我照完x光之後發現嗰兩隻牙杜得太差（包括啲根管無清乾淨，用一個牙套笠住兩隻牙），導致到有牙瘡問題同埋長期發炎，長遠呢兩隻牙有機會因為再蛀而唔要得，所以陳醫生建議我考慮重杜牙根，而因為重杜牙根係專科治療，所以陳醫生轉介咗我去菲臘牙科度跟進（收費都係菲臘牙科個邊收既，價錢好合理），做完根管治療之後再番去陳醫生度整牙套。
陳醫生同菲臘牙科嘅李醫生都非常細心同埋好好手勢，收費合理，所有風險同埋治療過程都同我解釋得好詳盡👍
