Many thanks to Dr. Zhang Shenlu and his team. I was always worried that dental implants would be very painful and expensive. But here, not only were the prices reasonable, but Dr. Zhang’s technique was excellent, and the nurses were all very kind and polite. The whole process went very smoothly, and I will recommend them to other friends.
Thank you to Dr. Zhang Shenlu, Ms. Lin, and all the nurses at Smile Craft Clinic for their compassion and sincerity. My 93-year-old father has had severe toothache for the past two days. I thought I’d just take anti-inflammatory medication for two days before making any further plans. But this morning, he woke up on April 4th with such severe pain that he couldn’t even eat breakfast. I immediately contacted Ms. Lin to schedule an appointment, but Dr. Zhang was busy performing surgery today and was fully booked for the entire week. I had to inform Dr. Zhang of his serious condition. Upon learning of this, Dr. Zhang immediately asked Ms. Lin to schedule a special session for him tonight at 6:30 PM.
After over an hour of meticulous treatment, Dr. Zhang corrected the problem of my father’s braces being unstable and damaged due to gum contraction. He even checked to ensure the bridge implant hadn’t shifted before he was relieved!
My father and I are very grateful to Dr. Zhang. Honestly, there aren’t many compassionate and ethical doctors left in Hong Kong these days. Dr. Zhang and the nurses at the clinic truly treat their patients with care and sincerity.
A good doctor deserves to be recommended, and we sincerely commend Dr. Zhang, this excellent dentist.

Dr. Zhang is very attentive and professional! I feel that he took good care of my teeth! He was very careful during the root canal treatment, and then used 3D technology to make a very realistic brace. Now the tooth is fine! As for the other tooth, because I was too lazy to deal with the other tooth, I did not complete the root canal treatment. It was not treated for two years, and as a result, the tooth was rotten and cracked. Dr. Zhang referred me to Prince Philip Dental Hospital for tooth extraction. The dentist there is a professor. He is very professional, fast and accurate. The operation was very successful. Thank you Dr. Zhang for the referral! In addition, I have all four cavities filled. 👏🏻 Of course, now that all the teeth have been treated, I don’t want to look for a dentist for the time being. 😅 Hahahaha

謝謝 張申祿醫生 和 林姑娘，並一衆 Smile Craft 診所護士的愛心和真誠。 我93歲的老爸這兩天嚴重牙痛，以為先行服用兩天消炎藥再作打算。但今早 1/4 起來牙痛到連早餐也不能進食，馬上聯絡 林姑娘 預約時間，怎知 張醫生 今天要為病人做手術，而且整個星期也約滿。只好把爸爸嚴重的情況告知；張醫生得悉後，馬上叫 林姑娘安排今晚 6:30 特別時段為爸爸診治。
經過一個多小時的細心醫治，張醫生替爸爸調好因牙肉收縮而導致牙套不穩並影響牙肉受損的情況治好。更檢查清楚確保先前種牙的牙橋沒有移位才放心！
我和爸爸很感激張醫生，說實話，現今香港有心有醫德的仁醫剩下不多了。 張醫生 和 診所姑娘真的細心真心對待病人。

張牙醫非常細心及專業！我感覺到他是用心去處理我嘅牙齒！杜牙根很細心，然後用3D技術做一個好仿真嘅牙套，依家隻牙好好！另外一隻，因為我懶得處理另一隻牙，未完成晒成個杜牙根嘅療程，隔咗兩年都唔處理，結果隻牙壞到裂開。張牙醫轉介我去菲臘牙科醫院剝牙，嗰位牙科醫生係一位教授，他非常之專業，快狠準，手術非常成功，多謝張牙醫嘅轉介！另外我都有四隻蛀牙全部都補好晒👏🏻當然，現在所有牙都已經處理好，暫時唔想再搵牙醫了😅哈哈哈哈

曾經種牙，得不到預期的效果，很失望和影響咀嚼食物。
經朋友介紹，接觸張醫生，他先了解我的情況，給我解釋種牙的每一個細節，讓我清楚明白而作出適當選擇。
現在張醫生己成功幫我種了幾隻牙，醫生相當細心和留意每一細節，讓我原本很怕痛和擔心的情況，都變得相當放心。
收費亦相當合理。每次種牙過程中，也很關心問候，亦教曉我怎樣保持口腔衛生，防止牙周病出現，現在說話和咀嚼食物方便很多。

8 月 13, 2023 和 6:56 上午剝智慧齒前因為知道要開刀又怕痛，所以超級緊張，但係張醫生好細心，過程中會同我講而家做緊咩、下步會做啲咩，問我感覺如何，亦知道我驚所以輕手啲🤣事前、事後解釋好清楚，手勢好好、非常專業同有耐性！第二日已經吾痛👍🏻最大驚喜係塊面吾腫🤣
