I had my teeth cleaned a few years ago and the experience was good; they were quite attentive.

However, my visit at the end of June this year was extremely poor.

First, I booked a teeth cleaning and check-up. Upon arrival, I had to wait an extra half hour to nine months before being seen (I understand this, as unexpected things can happen). Once inside, the dentist finished cleaning my teeth in less than five minutes, constantly praising how clean they were. However, when I got home, I found many black stains. I was quite disappointed; previously, they would show me in the mirror immediately and clean them very thoroughly.

Before the cleaning, they noticed a small chip in one tooth and a cavity in another. I requested immediate fillings, but they said fillings take a long time, at least nine months. So I booked a filling appointment two weeks later.

On my second visit, they completed both fillings in half an hour, not the promised nine months. They only lightly ground off some filling material. The next day, I noticed my teeth weren’t closing properly. The dentist had told me immediately after the filling that it would feel tight but would subside the next day, so I hadn’t noticed how badly he’d ground it down. Also, there was residue of filling material around my teeth, making them bumpy. So I scheduled a third appointment for further grinding.

On the third visit, he did indeed grind it down properly. However, he ground down my tongue. Although I immediately pulled my tongue back, it was still damaged, and my mouth tasted blood all afternoon. I’m convinced he ground my tooth excessively; now that tooth hurts, and it’s probably decayed.

Actually, it’s not good to force so many patients to schedule on the same day; patients have to wait, and the dentist rushes through the process.

I won’t go back to him. I’ll find another dentist to fill my tooth properly. I used to recommend him to friends, but now I’m on his blacklist. Not recommended!

年幾前睇過，體驗唔錯都幾細心。
但今年6月尾去睇就非常非常差。
首先約左去洗牙再加檢查牙齒，去到之後比起預約時間再等多半個鐘至9個字時間先入去（這個理解亦不介意，因為可能有意料之外的事），但入到去個醫生用左5分鐘都唔洗就幫我完成洗牙，其間不斷讚我啲牙齒乾淨，但是回家後發現仍然有不少黑色漬。頗失望，以前佢會即時給鏡子我看而且洗得好乾淨。
在洗牙前佢有檢查到我有隻牙崩左少少同另一隻有蛀牙，我有要求即時補但佢話補牙好長時間，至少9個字。所以約左半個月後去補牙。
而第二次上去，佢用左半個鐘時間就完成兩隻補牙，而唔係所講至少9個字。而且佢只係輕輕磨下啲補牙物料。第二日我先發現不能完整合實整排牙齒，因為我補完當刻醫生話我會感覺該牙會好緊感覺但第二日就會冇事，所以先冇發現佢磨得咁差。而且佢啲補牙物料殘留係牙齒周圍仲要凹凹凸凸。所以約左第三次去磨番好。
而第三次去到，佢的而且確幫我磨番好。但佢磨到我條脷，雖然有即時縮開條脷但仍然損左，成個下午個口都係血味。而且深信佢過份磨我隻牙，依家同一隻牙牙痛，應該蛀牙了。
其實冇時間唔好勉強排咁多病人係同一日，病人又要等，醫生又草草了事。
我唔會再去睇佢，會搵第二個牙醫補番好隻牙。之前都會推介朋友去睇，但依家會黑名單。不推薦！
