They took several X-rays in a row, then told me I needed a teeth cleaning, gum filling, braces, and extractions. They then said there was no teeth cleaning and that I needed to get a clean teeth cleaning twice, charging for both. Finally, they paid for the examination and X-rays and left.
I went to another dentist, who told me my teeth were clean and no other treatment was needed.
It was my first time to take my child to the dentist. The doctor was very friendly, attentive and explained everything in detail. He answered all my questions. The child was so shocked that he said he wanted to go back next time.
My husband and I describe Dr. Wen Haotian as a compassionate doctor who heals not only the body but also the soul; he is truly a miracle worker.
My husband’s left upper molars, already slightly cracked, burst open after a grain of sand in his fried rice. They needed to be extracted to relieve the pain. Before meeting Dr. Wen, we opted for Dr. Qian Weijie, a renowned dentist near our home in Kwai Chung Plaza. This Dr. Qian, lacking empathy, only performed a cleaning, X-rays, and CT scan, delaying treatment for a full ten days, causing my husband excruciating pain; he could only drink mushy soup.
From the crack to the bursting, and then half a tooth falling out, Dr. Qian allowed my husband’s pain and condition to worsen over ten days. Ultimately, he said he was unable to extract the teeth because the base of the cracked tooth was too close to the sinus, and the base was crooked; it needed to be treated by another specialist dentist.
Fortunately, on the eleventh day, we chose Dr. Wen Haotian at Fu On Garden Shopping Mall in Ma On Shan. After carefully reviewing her husband’s CT scan report, he immediately began the tooth extraction. The entire process, from administering anesthesia (four injections, each with a gradually decreasing dose) to completion, took only about 10 minutes.
Her husband described the process as less stressful than he had imagined, as Dr. Wen Haotian explained each procedure very clearly, making him feel very at ease in his hospital bed. This kind doctor, willing to accompany his patients throughout the process, is truly our benefactor.
Dr. Wen’s service was excellent, and the fee was only $800 for the extraction (including pain medication and a consultation slip). According to the clinic’s price list, a simple extraction costs $600-$800, while a difficult extraction starts at $1000. What other doctors would consider a difficult extraction—a cracked tooth—was handled easily by Dr. Wen, demonstrating his professionalism and confidence.
Her husband still needed to take one pain medication on the day of the extraction, but did not require a change of hemostatic cotton. The next day, painkillers were no longer needed, but the wound was still healing, so the biting ability on that side hadn’t fully recovered. A dental cleaning and wound check-up were scheduled for next week.
Thank you again to Dr. Wen Haotian (and Dr. Liang Qiyun) for taking care of my husband.

成個sales咁，望幾眼就叫照x光，一口氣照幾張片，然後話要洗牙、杜牙齦、做牙套、脫牙，又話好耐無洗牙，要分2次先洗得乾淨，要收2次錢。最後付檢查費、x光費就走。
搵另一牙醫睇，話d牙好乾淨，無需做其他治療。

我和丈夫對溫浩天醫生的評價，是醫人也醫心的仁醫，更是神醫。
丈夫因為食炒飯時一粒沙，令原本已出現輕微裂痕的左邊上顎尾2大牙爆開，必須剝牙才可解除痛苦。惟認識溫浩天醫生前，選擇了夫家鄰近葵涌廣場的名醫錢煒傑，這位沒有同理心的錢醫生，只為丈夫洗牙、照X光片及CT電腦素描，已拖延了足足10日，令丈夫痛不欲生，只可飲打爛了的濃湯。
由裂紋到爆開至半隻牙跌下來，錢醫生令丈夫的痛和情況惡化了10天。最終，他竟說沒有能力為丈夫剝牙，因裂牙牙腳太近鼻竇，加上牙腳歪了，必須由另一專科牙醫處理。
幸好在第11天，我們選擇了馬鞍山福安花園商場的溫浩天醫生。他仔細看了丈夫的CT報告後，即時為丈夫剝牙，由打麻醉藥（前後4支麻醉針逐少加份量），至完成只花了約10分鐘。
丈夫形容，整個過程沒有想像般緊張，因為溫浩天醫生將每個程序也講得很清晰，令病床上的他很安心。這位願意陪伴病人同行的仁醫，實在是我們的恩人。
溫醫生的服務是100分，至於收費方面，只收取了$800剝牙費用（連止痛藥及到診紙）。根據診所張貼的價目表，簡單剝牙是$600-$800，困難剝牙是$1000起。在其他醫生眼中是困難剝牙的裂牙，在溫醫生手中輕易處理，可見他的專業和信心。
丈夫剝牙當天仍須吃1粒止痛藥，不須再換止血棉花。翌日已不須吃止痛藥，惟傷口這邊仍有待癒合，所以這邊的咬合能力未完全恢復，已約下周洗牙及檢查傷口。
再次感謝溫浩天醫生（及梁綺筠醫生）對丈夫的照顧。
