碰到另一個人，也在那裡生氣，種植牙沒有種好，錢花了，痛苦也受了，最後也沒有弄好，可想而知多氣。
技术太差，反复沟通同一个问题，等了下次过去还是没有改，只好又等一个月，牙套做一次要二个月，非常慢，方案错了又要改，关键是明确讲了，不要这么弄，他也同意了，事后又是一样的结果，好不容易把方案定下来，粘牙的技术能力太差，所有附件能在第一天完全掉下来，只好又去找他。
最里面的一颗牙的附件非常重要，我感觉掉了，就去去找他，他看了一眼，说没有问题，最后事实证明是掉了，忍无可忍了，只好退款。各种拖延
在这里对于他的评价二级分划，要么一星，要么是五星，可见对于他的五星基本上应该是他自己找人评。
The technology was not good. After a year of tooth correction, there was no effect. Finally, I asked for a refund and agreed to refund 1/3, but it was postponed for various reasons. Finally, I couldn’t help it and smashed the door to the store.
When I met another person, I was also angry there. The dental implant was not planted well, the money was spent, and the pain was also suffered. In the end, it was not done well, which can be imagined.
With me being a demanding and picky person, I’m for sure in good hands with Dr. Cheong as he is such an experienced and talented dentist in town. He has been my go-to dentist for the past decade.
Spoiler alert for those who wonder what would the process be like:
Right off the bet, he would give me a thorough check-up and headed to a detailed explanation and walkthrough of what & how he would relieve my discomfort, and ultimately solving my problem.
Expect a totally different experience away from those big medial chain clinic in Central / Tsim Sha Tsui (services & over-charged price level have been a hassle for me).
Reasonable price, tailor-made dental solution, nice (& good looking) nurses lol, Dr. Cheong’s dental clinic is a no-brainer.
Dr. Cheong is friendly and kind with excellent skills and experience.
Finally I am not scared to see a dentist although I went there only for teeth cleaning!
The whole experience was smooth and comfy with a very professional attitude even the dental assistants. They are all polite and knowledgeable.
Definitely will come back again!
This was by far one of the best dentist experience I have had. The service is great, the quality of work is amazing.
I had my tooth extracted, I had no pain or discomfort. The dental team is definitely one of the most professional I have come across and I would recommend this dentist to anyone wanting excellent service.
Dr Cheong is a very experienced dentist . I was there to repair my half broken front teeth . He is very professionally doing all the measurements. All the nurses are polite and well trained . After few weeks later, I went back to install the half teeth which is perfectly match the colour and feel the same . I highly would recommend him for anyone who has tooth issues or problems.
Dr Cheong provided the best and most holistic dental services for me. He first gave me a comprehensive X-ray to identify current and potential problems then proceeded with thorough advice not just to cure the immediate pains but to prevent future dental problems. His execution of dental surgery is very well refined as I had a painless experience both during and after the procedure.
It is especially worth noting how professional and patient first Dr. Cheong is, referring me to another specialist for a very specific problem even with forfeit of potential business.

專呃老人家錢，趁老人家一個人前來，遊說老人家唔識咁多照呢樣個樣，又杜牙根（不必要），搞到我爸爸成棚牙壞左一半，洗牙求其，仲要我爸爸都無話要洗就已經單方面是但幫佢洗左，後來先話要收呢個錢，但我地發現個陣已經呃左我爸爸一萬幾蚊！

1 月 13, 2026 和 7:59 下午試過搵佢杜牙根，做完第二次根管治療之後，牙痛劇烈，更出現頭痛欲裂嘅情況，返去同醫生講，多做一次根管治都冇用，最後要搵另一個牙醫接手重做杜牙根程序，根本係技術問題，絕對不推薦。

每次整牙都要搵佢好多次，整隻牙來回4-5次加加埋埋等佢十個鐘

4 月 28, 2025 和 12:32 下午我有磨牙嘅習慣，去佢診所洗牙加配一個夜晚瞓覺防止磨牙嘅牙套。 我話我用開收$1000左右，然後佢同我講佢要$3500。 佢同我講佢嗰個係同我之前嗰啲唔同，咁我就信佢。
點知兩個星期後，牙套做好咗，根本同我之前嗰個冇分別。 然後我帶咗上去有啲唔舒服，佢竟然同我講唔舒服就隔一晚用，唔使日日用。 我冇讀過醫科我都知我自己日日磨牙，就係控制唔到先要佩戴牙套。 佢咁講就係想打發我走，如果我聽佢講唔戴牙套，係會對我琺瑯質受損。 佢真係好冇醫德。 千祈唔好去！

I had my tooth extracted, I had no pain or discomfort. The dental team is definitely one of the most professional I have come across and I would recommend this dentist to anyone wanting excellent service.
