On August 15th, 2025, around 7 PM, I called to book a teeth cleaning and check-up. The girl on the phone was incredibly rude. When I asked a few more questions, she became impatient and even said something offensive: “I’m already making an appointment for you, do you have any other questions?” Hearing this made me feel very uncomfortable, and I was so scared that I immediately canceled the booking. 2025年8月15日約夜晚7點打電話 book洗牙及檢查牙齒，聽電話個姑娘態度差到，我問多兩句就唔耐煩之餘，仲惡言相向 「我宜家咪幫你約緊囉，咁仲有冇野問呀你」，聽到之後感覺好難受，嚇到我即刻取消左個booking ，不知所謂
Around November 2021, my molar was in severe pain. I saw a dentist who recommended removing it. However, I knew that removing the molar wouldn’t regenerate it, so I went to see Dr. Deng for a second opinion. Dr. Deng took an X-ray and explained in detail that there was a 7mm pocket in my molar. He suggested first cleaning the inflamed pocket and then practicing meticulous dental hygiene.
I was able to save my molar to this day. I’m very grateful to Dr. Deng for his patient-centric approach.
I had my wisdom teeth removed at that place, and my friend often experienced pain afterward. When I went back to them, it turned out that they would charge me again for removing the remaining tooth shaft. Of course, I went to the second place to have it removed. That’s so unethical of them!

大約在2021年11月左右，我隻大牙好痛，睇了一位牙醫，他建議我除去隻大牙，但我知道除咗隻大牙就無得再生，所以去睇鄧醫生攞第二意見。 鄧醫生幫我照X光，詳細解釋隻大牙有7mm牙袋，可先嘗試清理發炎牙袋，之後細心清潔牙齒衛生。
隻大牙到現在都得巳保留，非常多謝鄧医生從病人角度出發。

我響佢嗰度剝智慧牙，剝完之友經常痛，返去搵返佢，原來剝淨啲牙腳，再剝要再收錢我當然去第二間剝啦，咁冇職業道德。
