However, I knew that removing the molar wouldn’t regenerate it, so I went to see Dr. Deng for a second opinion. Dr. Deng took an X-ray and explained in detail that there was a 7mm pocket in my molar. He suggested first cleaning the inflamed pocket and then practicing meticulous dental hygiene.
I was able to save my molar to this day. I’m very grateful to Dr. Deng for his patient-centric approach.
