I am a resident of Aberdeen District. Recently, I took my mother to Sung Hung Hung’s clinic for orthodontic treatment. I found that he was unwilling to spend time answering patients’ questions and had a rude attitude. He was even more impatient with the elderly and spoke harshly to them. I understand that there may be a shortage of dentists in Aberdeen District, which allows dentists of poor quality to survive. However, compassion and patience are essential qualities for doctors. If you have any personal issues affecting your mood, please adjust them before serving the residents of this district. I have heard many residents complain about being scolded by you. I also hope that other friends will choose their dentists carefully to avoid wasting money and time.
The doctor was very patient in teaching me the correct way to brush my teeth, from a detailed look to a full-length tutorial. The girl was very kind and even gave me toothpaste. I’ve moved to Kowloon East and will be back in the Southern District to visit her.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Song since I was little. Although he can be a bit mean and scolds me for eating too much sugar and getting rotten teeth, I can tell he genuinely cares about me, which is why he gets annoyed. My family thinks Dr. Song has remained so dedicated after all these years; he’s a rare and excellent dentist.
A dentist lacking compassion and patience, completely incompetent. He lacks basic manners and competence. He treated the elderly patient with extreme rudeness and indifference. He was completely unaware that a tooth had been knocked out, leaving only the tooth root, until the patient felt something was wrong and returned to him. He even tried to forcibly remove the tooth without anesthesia, only administering it after the patient cried out in pain (even though the patient was already in considerable pain). And the patient still had to pay for the tooth root removal.
I am extremely angry that the elderly patient had to endure such unnecessary suffering.
PS: I don’t want to be criticized, but without criticism, his misdeeds cannot be exposed.

我是在香港仔區居住的街坊，最近帶媽媽去宋鴻鸿診所整牙，發覺他不願意花時間解答病人問題及態度操魯，他對老人家更缺乏耐性及惡言相向，我明白可能香港仔區牙醫供不應求，令到水準不好的牙醫也能生存，但爱心及耐性是醫生的先缺條件，如果閣下有什麼私人問題影响情緒，請作出調整才為本區街坊服務，我聽到很多街坊抱怨给你指罵，也希望其他朋友要小心選擇牙醫，免得浪費金錢及時閒。

欠愛心, 耐性的不知所謂牙醫. 基本禮貌及能力也沒有。對老人家呼呼渴渴。竟然脫牙留下牙腳也慒然不知, 要老人家好耐之後覺得唔對路再看他才發現。還要本想不落麻醉藥強行扯出來, 老人家叫痛 (其實老人家已好忍得痛) 才下麻醉藥。還要付脫牙腳費用。
要老人家受這些不應受的苦, 極度憤怒。

11 月 20, 2021 和 3:38 下午獅子開大口。海鮮價。牙痛去睇牙，先是借口說這兒沒有儀器，收七千 (淨檢查價)。後去到第二間診所拔一隻牙，收一萬。不會再去。說話陰陽怪氣。
