The dentist cannot make a straight line when smoothening teeth edges, this led to my front teeth having a visibly uneven slanted look, which has affected my looks and self-confidence.
I used the dental care service provided by the Care Fund. Because my mother is elderly, I told her to take her time trying on the dentures after they were done, as she was in no condition to experience the after-effects. However, three months later, she said she still couldn’t eat and wanted to book a follow-up appointment, but they said it would be charged because three months had passed. There was absolutely no mention of the three-month follow-up period after the dentures were done, and the one free follow-up appointment after the dentures were not included. Terms and conditions aside, the doctors and nurses themselves showed absolutely no care or concern for the elderly.
The nurse was incredibly unprofessional, rude, and heartless in her work. She spoke as if she were incredibly knowledgeable, and you’d think she was a dentist. The dentist, on the other hand, was worth the price—reasonably priced and hands-on—but he was always in a rush, and the facilities were very outdated. However, if you’re going to get treated badly by a nurse at the dentist, you’ll never go back. That’s all.

Before, with dentures from another dentist, my mother could only eat soft foods. Now she can eat anything. Thank you, Dr. Chen.

以前媽媽在其他牙醫做的假牙，只能吃軟的食物，現在甚麼都吃到，多謝陳医生。

用關愛基金牙假服務，因媽咪年老，整完假牙時叫佢慢慢試，無比覆疹期媽咪，結果三個月後媽咪話都係食唔到野，想book 覆疹，卻話要收費因為過左3個月。 但整完假牙後完全無提醒媽咪只限3個月覆疹，整完假牙一次免費覆疹都無包。 條款歸條款，醫生護士本身完全無用心幫老人家。

護士勁唔專業，冇禮貌，做野冇heart，講野語氣以為自己好巴閉，唔講以為佢係牙醫。牙醫就對得起價錢，收得平而且親力親為，只係比較急，設施非常陳舊。 不過搵牙醫要受護士氣就冇下次，係咁啦
