    My relationship with this company is over. It’s getting worse and worse. I could tolerate their increasing temper before, since they were cheap, but even the repairs were bad, and their explanations were weak. During the last round of braces, I told them it felt tight, and they said they were deliberately making it a little tight so food wouldn’t get stuck (I thought there was no reason for it to feel tight even under normal circumstances). After removing the braces, they worked on them repeatedly, and they probably lost patience. One time they worked really hard, and finally I felt it was no longer tight (I felt much more comfortable), but… there was a not-so-narrow gap, and when I eat meat, it really gets stuck… Then, because the braces were worked on so many times, they probably thinned them out. Now, when I bite down, there’s a silvery feeling (not because it feels thick), so I just have to make do. (I had braces before without any problems, but this time it’s really bad). But I’ve already given up complaining, knowing they’ll just use other weak excuses later. They should have just replaced it with a new one, but I don’t think this will happen… Also, the root canal treatment was incredibly painful. I’m usually pretty patient, but every time they removed a root canal, it felt like I was jumping up without any anesthesia. The dentist didn’t consider the patient’s perspective at all, asking if I needed more anesthesia. They just yelled at me not to move around or I’d hurt myself. I endured it for a long time (because I didn’t have a chance to speak during the process) and tried to ask for more anesthesia by making a sound in my throat to let them know I wanted to say something. They got impatient and got a little angry, asking what I wanted to say before finally giving me the injection. Only then did the pain stop. It was awful… They even mentioned earlier that they deliberately didn’t give me so much anesthesia because it would hurt a little, but if a patient is in so much pain they’re practically giving birth, and they’re screaming every time, you know they really didn’t give enough! Honestly, I felt they had no empathy. Maybe even dentists are tired of this job!

    和這𥚃緣盡了,愈來愈差,之前覺得愈來愈有脾氣都算了,貪你平,之後仲連整都整得唔好,解釋又牽強。最後一次整牙套過程中,同佢反映覺得緊逼,佢話係特登緊小小等啲野食唔好卡進去(心諗無理由要逼到正常情況下都有逼的感覺吧)之後再除個套下來反覆磨咗幾次可能佢都無耐性,其中一次就磨得耐磨勁咗,終於我覺得唔緊(舒服哂),但……就變成有條唔細既罅隙,姐係食肉就會實卡到進去………然後又磨到個套磨左好多次關係,可能都磨薄左,之後平時咬合就已經有銀(唔係因覺厚而產生)既感覺,唯有將就用吧,(我之前整過都無問題的,今次真係差)但已經無奈地放棄反映,明知到時又用其他勉強的理由,整到咁其實就應該換隻新吧,不過都覺得佢唔會俾呢件事發生………………仲有之前杜牙根超痛,我已屬很忍得既人,但每抽一條根都好似無麻醉咁痛快彈起身咁滯,但佢完全無站在客人角度問使唔使打多小小麻,淨係大聲叫你咪再亂動會整到,之後我忍左好耐(因為過程中根本我無機會講到野)想叫佢打多小小麻醉唯有係喉嚨發聲比佢知我有嘢想講,佢又無耐性小小發火話你到底想講咩,之後先再幫我打,之後先唔再痛,真係慘………,之前中途仲話係特登唔打咁多會有小小痛,但你見個客痛到生仔咁每一次都係到叫都知真係打得太小吧!)真心覺得無同理心,可能醫生都厭倦這份工了!

    唔當你係人,手勢勁粗暴,整到你流好多血,永遠唔再幫襯,態度好惡劣,對住女病人,扮放工具落佢胸上面,非禮佢好多次,摸胸,已有好多女顧客報警,色魔一名.

    There were several female assistants. One of them seemed a bit confused, making a long phone call to schedule a time slot (A), then calling back that evening to ask if another patient had scheduled a time slot (B).

    The day of the teeth cleaning was rather rushed (because everyone was very strict about pandemic prevention, focusing on the mask-wearing and handwashing procedures).

    I sensed the doctor was under a lot of pressure from the staff, and the doctor was very concerned about whether patients had eaten breakfast. This pressure seemed to be placed on the young woman, who sounded quite helpless most of the time.

    During the cleaning, the seemingly confused young woman made mistakes in her assigned tasks, and the doctor directly criticized and questioned her. Perhaps due to recurring issues, the doctor had lost patience with her and also noticed a lack of teamwork between them.

    The cleaning technique was very rough, leaving scratches on the teeth. My teeth were sensitive for a month and a half afterward. I will never go back to this clinic.

    After the cleaning, they were again very strict about the patient’s mask-wearing and handwashing techniques, rushing around while instructing me on how to wash my hands.

    The cleanliness of the clinic and the clutter in the workroom alone demonstrate the group’s organizational capabilities. Searching for them online will only lead to encountering other people’s negative comments.

    佢有幾位女士係助手,有一個係懵懵地,打電話約期用好長時間約定A時段,然後當晚再打返比我問我係咪另一位病人約左B時段。

    洗牙當日比較呼呼喝喝(因為所有人好緊張防疫,你帶口罩同洗手嘅程序)
    感覺到係醫生比好大壓力比職員,而且醫生非常在意病人有否食早餐,而因該是項加壓於姑娘身上,大部分時間聽得出姑娘好無奈。
    洗牙過程中懵懵姑娘細項分工有出錯,醫生會直接指責及追究,可能因為長時間有問題,醫生已對姑娘失去耐性,亦見識到佢哋無乜默契。
    洗牙手勢非常粗暴,而且牙面留有刮痕,洗完之後牙齒敏感咗一個半月。唔會再返去呢間。
    洗完又係緊張病人帶口罩手勢同洗手的時候,在呼呼喝喝教你洗手之下完結。

    單看診所的整潔程度,工作房內囤積雜物情況,已經證明該團體組織能力。上網搵佢都會搵到其他人的負皮。

    I’ve been patronizing them for almost twenty years now, and their prices are probably the most reasonable. I’ve had two or three root canal braces. Dr. E can be a bit rude sometimes, and maybe with so many customers every day, he’s inevitably impatient, so every appointment takes half a month… But I’ve had full braces for so many years without any problems. Plus, the girl is probably the only one on the market who’s super friendly, a type you’d never see again, haha…

    幫襯咗應該快有二十年,價錢應該格過係最公道,淨係導牙根牙套已經係度整過兩三隻,雖然E生係有時有啲粗魯,可能每日都咁多客又難免心急啦,次次約親都要等成半個月…但啲整體牙套整咗咁多年都ok完全無問題,仲有呀姑娘應該係市面僅有超級友善,坊間絕種haha…

    Dor Lau and nurse is so patient and nice. Price is so reasonable.
