I’ve always been terrified of going to the dentist. This time, however, I had to see one because of a decayed wisdom tooth! A relative recommended Dr. Ruan, saying he was skilled and meticulous. Actually, I had seen some very bad reviews online, so I was a bit worried. But my relative strongly recommended him, saying they had been patronizing Dr. Ruan for many years, and although his fees were high, his skills were excellent. Today, I went to see him with a lot of trepidation, and finally, one wisdom tooth came out, and three previously unseen decayed teeth were filled. Dr. Ruan is truly experienced; the whole process was completely painless.
I just called the dental clinic to inquire about an appointment, and the receptionist was rude and had a lazy, dismissive voice. When I asked when the earliest appointment was, she just said “full booking,” and even full bookings have a time limit, right? Does she expect an appointment in 2046? After searching the clinic online, I found out their service was indeed subpar. All I want to add is that these clinics open their doors to do business, hoping to build good relationships with patients, create a good reputation, and attract more people in need. With a receptionist like that and such service quality, it’s practically just making money off the dentist.
剛剛致電牙醫診所詢間預約事宜，接線姑娘的態度惡劣，一副懶洋洋的聲線，問她最快何時有期，她只說full booking, full booking都總有個期吧？難度是去到2046才有期嗎？再到網上搜尋一下診所資料，原來服務果然是一般。只想補充的是，貴 診所打開門口做生意，無非都是想與病人建立好關係，打造好口碑，讓更多有需要的人士來尋醫，這樣的接線姑娘加這樣的服務質素，應該可以說是幫醫生「倒米」罷了。
I felt something was amiss because they didn’t mention there would be an additional cost for medication after the teeth cleaning.
They initially said the cleaning would cost 600 yuan, but then added 200 yuan for medication. I just checked the overview, and apparently others have experienced the same thing before. Everyone should be careful.

很有經驗的好牙醫，我一向很怕揾牙醫。今次因爛了智慧齒，迫不得意要睇牙醫！親戚叫我揾阮牙醫，話佢技術好，又細心。其實，我上網見到啲評論很差，真是有点擔心。但親戚又極力推介，話佢地幫襯了阮牙醫多年，雖然收費不平，但技術了得。今日戰戰驚驚地去揾佢，終於脱了一隻智慧齒，補了三隻未見到的爛牙。阮牙醫真是很有經驗，整個過程完全不痛。

覺得有點不老實，因為沒有說明洗牙需要藥費。
一開始說是600元洗牙收費，最後出來要加200元藥費。剛剛睇了Overview，原來之前己經有人試過同一情況，大家要小心注意。
