After enduring months of pain, I finally had to face my dental problems. Through Antie’s recommendation, I found Dr. Lee Cheng-Nian. However, after this experience… his attention to detail, even just a slight voice guidance, made me feel safe and secure in bed. The peace of having Jesussssss with me is something Dr. Lee can do. That kind of voice guidance is essential; I rarely have this experience. I’m so grateful! The doctor and the nurse gave me a wonderful feeling. The doctor gently patted and comforted the nurse… so skillful and compassionate! The nurse was attentive, patient, and nice. Everyone was very competent. One day after the orthodontic treatment, I have almost no pain, just the usual tingling sensation… I don’t need painkillers anymore ^_^” Meeting Dr. Lee is a blessing for the people of Ma On Shan ☘️!!
Dr. Li is very professional and meticulous, but there are many bookings, making it difficult to find a time and date you like. Next time, I’ll book earlier to be on the safe side.
Dr. Li performed a tooth extraction on my mother. After the anesthesia wore off, I felt severe pain at the extraction site. I saw and felt a white tooth and sent Dr. Li a photo via WhatsApp. He explained that it was bone and that, due to the large wound, the pain would subside after the incision was filled. He simply prescribed stronger painkillers. A follow-up appointment was scheduled a week later to have another tooth treated. Because the wound was still painful, my mother told the dentist that only the follow-up appointment would be needed and no further treatment would be performed. However, upon arrival at the clinic, the dentist only examined my mother and relayed the situation to the doctor on her behalf. She then informed the doctor that my mother would need to wait about two more weeks for the incision to subside. Dr. Li failed to fulfill his duty to see the patient. My mother and I later saw another dentist who immediately identified the problem and easily addressed it, immediately resolving the pain. Dr. Li had reviewed the wound photo via WhatsApp, but he did not understand how to address the pain caused by exposed bone. He failed to personally inspect the wound during the follow-up visit. This is a complete failure of care and a violation of medical ethics and professional conduct. I still remember Dr. Li’s verbal harshness towards the patient before the operation and his inconsistent attitude of not even looking at the patient after the operation. It really made me lose confidence in Dr. Li’s medical ethics. Another dentist easily cured my mother’s pain, which further highlighted Dr. Li’s mediocrity and incompetence.
The clinic’s workflow, from booking and waiting to pre- and post-treatment procedures, was smooth and efficient. I received all the consents I was given, which made me feel reassured. Dr. Li and the nurse provided suggestions on how to make the process smoother. I’m quite sensitive and prone to gagging, and this particular tooth was particularly tricky, so I really appreciate the hard work of the doctor and the nurse. 🙇🏻♀️ Thank you! 🙏🏻 I had two wisdom teeth removed, and the recovery is better than expected. The nurse proactively followed up and reminded me of things to pay attention to before and after the procedure. Most importantly, the doctor really helped me 🙏🏻, helping me face and resolve a dental problem I had been hesitant to address for so long. I’m so happy.

忍左幾個月, 終於都要正視牙齒既問題, 經 antie 介紹搵亞李正念醫生, 然而經歷左呢一次…. 佢既細節, 雖然只是微少的聲音導航陪伴, 但在床上病人心目中 已經心感平安, 有Jesusssss同在既平安, 李醫生做得到, 果種聲音不能少, 好少有這經驗的, 好感恩, 感激, 醫生+姑娘給我一個很好 的感受, 醫生帶住姑娘輕拍著, 安慰著 …… 太妙手仁心喇, 姑娘細心 有耐性又 nice. 全部都好稱職.
整完牙1日 已冇點痛, 係平時本身的痺感差唔多….. 止痛藥都慳返 ^_^” 遇到李醫生, 係馬鞍山 街坊既福氣唷 ☘️!!

李醫生幫我媽咪做了拔牙手術，麻醉藥過後發覺拔牙的位置劇痛，我見到及摸到有白色的牙，並whatsapp相片給李醫生看，他表示那是牙骨，因傷口大，要埋口後才不會痛，只額外開了更強的止痛藥，一星期後約了覆診和另一隻牙治療，我媽咪因傷口仍有痛楚，告知姑娘只覆診，不做其它治療，豈料到診所後只由姑娘檢查，並由姑娘代病人向醫生轉告情況，再由姑娘代醫生告知我媽咪再等多約2星期埋口才不會痛，李醫生並沒有盡其責任接見病人。我之後和媽咪見了另一位牙醫，一看便找出問題，並輕易作出相應處理，即時不痛了。李醫生在whatsapp巳看了傷口相片，但不懂處理牙骨外露導致痛楚的問題，手術後病人覆診竟未有親身親眼去觀察傷口，實屬敷衍失責，有違醫德及操守。還記得李醫生手術前對病人口頭上苛護的表現與手術後對病人一眼不看前後不一致的態度，實在令人對李醫生醫德失去信心，另一位牙醫輕而易舉便把我媽咪痛楚治癒，更凸顯李醫生庸碌無能。

診所由booking,等候,應診前後,程序期間的流程安排流暢，consent問足，穩穩陣陣感覺安心。李醫生同姑娘會建議程序期間點做可令過程順利啲。自己比較敏感易嘔，隻牙又棘手，真係辛苦哂醫生同姑娘🙇🏻♀️感謝🙏🏻 剝咗兩隻智慧齒，恢復比預期理想，姑娘主動跟進同程序前後都有提醒須注意事情。最重要係，醫生真係幫到🙏🏻，幫我面對同處理咗一個自己一直唔敢搞拖咗好耐嘅牙齒問題，開心。
