In April of this year, I went to Dr. Lu Jingzheng for a teeth cleaning and to continue monitoring my son’s permanent teeth. The nurse was polite, and I didn’t have to wait long before my appointment. Dr. Lu examined my son’s mouth very carefully and without causing me any discomfort. My son quickly lost two teeth, and the process was not very uncomfortable. The doctor also explained my son’s dental condition very clearly. The fees were reasonable, and I would recommend him.
Our family has been patronizing Dr. Chan Yee-mao’s clinic at this address for over 20 years. In 2023, we called to make an appointment. Since Dr. Chan was no longer on the front lines, we wanted to ask if we could retrieve any old files. The young woman there was rude, saying, “Everything’s computerized now. Files from a few years ago are just gone. Don’t bother asking again.” Her attitude was very unfriendly.
However, because my family said the newly appointed Dr. Lui had excellent skills, and we’d been going to this clinic for many years, we booked the appointment even though there weren’t any old files. Anyway, new doctors don’t usually have old files anymore.
I had a root canal and fillings on two teeth done. Both Dr. Lui and his wife, Dr. Chan, performed these procedures on me, and both were very skilled.
Dr. Chan was polite and attentive, explaining each step of the procedure to reassure you and put your mind at ease. She was very gentle. Because my appointment was due, Dr. Chan did my braces, cleaning, and fillings.
For my first and second root canal treatments, Dr. Lui was quite busy, so he arrived 10 and 30 minutes late respectively (patients waiting for doctors is normal, this part was fine). I overheard the chubby young woman taking a few phone calls.
“Crazy! Asking so many questions! Do you think you only have one customer…”
“So? Have you booked or not? Is this the only time?”
After each call, she would occasionally yell at customers who had hung up. At first, I thought she was rude to me because I only spent a few dollars, but that wasn’t the case. She treats 90% of her customers like that, except for one customer who gave me a red envelope after the Lunar New Year, in which case she smiled and thanked the customer.
The last time I went there was for a filling. I was 7 minutes late because I went to withdraw money (the doctor only accepts cash or checks). When I arrived, she said “Finally here!” and gave me a cold shoulder.
I didn’t want to talk to her at that moment, but I apologized to the doctor. Dr. Chan is a very nice person, and her technique is really good. I think $900 for a filling is okay because she’s very professional.
I saw on Facebook that some customers complained about how a fat girl’s terrible attitude made them give up on this clinic. I’m also very reluctant to give up on such a good doctor as Dr. Chan, but paying the price of a private clinic, I’m always treated coldly and rudely by this girl. It’s worse than going to a government hospital. Why am I being treated so badly and spoken to so coldly by a private doctor?
The girl was so awful that my whole family and I had to give up on this clinic. She was just so bad that every time we went there, she made us unhappy, like we owed her something.

今年4月份揾呂勁征醫生洗牙和繼續觀察我仔換恒齒情況。護士有禮貌而且比預約時間沒等多久就可以見醫生。呂醫生檢查口腔很細心而且沒有令我不適。我仔也很快脱了兩隻牙,過程無好大不適感。醫生亦好清楚說明我仔牙齒情況。合理收費,值得推介。

我們一家人幫襯同址陳怡茂醫生20多年,2023年打去預約, 因陳醫生已不在前線,就想問下搵唔搵得返啲舊File,姑娘態度惡劣,”轉哂電腦化 過咗幾年嘅File冇就冇 問都係冇 唔洗再問 “,態度好唔友善。
但因為家人話新接手嘅呂醫生醫手勢好,加上係呢間診所睇咗好多年,就冇咗舊file都照book啦。反正出去睇新嘅醫生都冇舊File㗎啦~
我做嘅係杜牙根加補2隻牙,呂醫生同佢太太陳醫生都有幫我做過,2個都手勢好好。
陳醫生有禮細心,每做一個step都會話你知,等你唔好驚,十分溫柔。因為時間就到,所以落牙套 ,洗牙同補牙,都係由陳醫生做。
第一次同第二次杜牙根,因為呂醫生比較忙,比原定時間分別遲了10及30分鐘先到我睇(病人等醫生是閒事 呢部分冇問題的),有幸聽到見肥婆姑娘接幾個電話。
“痴線 問咁多 你估得你一個客……”
“咁點? 你book定唔book? 係得呢個時間 點?”
每聽完一個電話就間不中會罵收咗線嘅客,我初期以為我洗得萬零蚊係cheap客所以佢先對我無禮,原來唔係,佢對9成客都是咁,除了有個客過咗年都派利是,見到佢有笑同多謝客人。
最後一次係補牙,我因為去提款(醫生只收現金或支票),比原定時間遲了7分鐘到,一去到聽到佢話 “終於嚟”加黑面,
我當下唔想同佢講嘢,但有同醫生道歉 。陳醫生好好人,手勢真係好,$900補一隻牙我覺得ok, 因為佢好專業。
上Facebook 睇 ,都有客人反映因為肥婆姑娘態度惡劣,令佢地放棄呢間診所。我都好無奈要放棄陳醫生呢個咁好嘅醫生,但畀私家診所價錢,每次去都被呢個姑娘黑面冷言冷語對待,慘過去政府醫院,為乜我睇私家醫生會咁慘被人黑面講說話畀我聽?。
九流嘅姑娘,令我同全家都要放棄呢間診所,因為個姑娘實在太差,每次去都會令你唔開心,好似欠咗佢咁。
