(D04010) Dr. Kam, O Man Dentist

A typical teeth cleaning takes about twenty minutes; I’ve never had one done in ten. The main issue was the extremely rough handling this time; I’ve never encountered a dentist like that before. Even when I told him it hurt, he completely ignored me and continued cleaning. The nurse’s actions were even more outrageous, constantly using those suction tubes, causing pain to my gums.

Upon entering the dentist’s room, the cleaning area was cluttered with miscellaneous items, giving the impression of being unclean. After the cleaning, my teeth weren’t clean at all; stains remained.

During the wisdom tooth examination, the dentist’s examination was incredibly casual. He told me I had a cavity and said it was “beyond saving,” which left me speechless.

一般洗牙都需要二十分鐘，未試過十分鐘就搞掂。重點是這次洗牙的過程非常粗魯，真的從來沒有遇過這樣的牙醫。即使我跟他說痛，他也完全不理會，繼續洗。而且護士的做法更離譜，不停用那些吸管，讓牙肉都感到痛。

進入醫生的房間後，洗牙的地方擺滿了雜物，感覺不太乾淨。洗完牙之後，根本就不乾淨，還留有污漬。

在檢查智慧齒的時候，醫生的檢查實在是非常隨便。他告訴我有蛀牙，並說「沒有得救的」，真讓我哭笑不得。

Today’s teeth cleaning was a completely painful experience. I urge everyone to consider whether or not they should patronize this clinic. Dr. Gan completely ignored the patient throughout the entire process, only caring about enjoying his music!

First thing: When I made the appointment, the young lady stated that Dr. Gan would clean my teeth, but today I was served by two nurses. They were completely unprofessional, their movements were rough, and they acted like students.

There were also a whole host of unprofessional service attitudes.

These days, teeth cleaning in mainland China is so convenient and the service is so good. For dentists in Hong Kong to still do this, they should reflect on their actions.

I will explain my experience in more detail later, trying to be as objective as possible. I also hope Dr. Gan will have the opportunity to explain himself here.

今日去洗牙完全.痛苦經驗， 請各位街坊自己思考應唔應該幫襯佢 。 甘醫生完全整個過程， 沒有理會病人，只顧享受自己的音樂 !

第一樣嘢 。 預約的時候 姑娘講明 甘醫生會幫我洗，今日畀咗個2位護士 。完全感覺不專業，手勢粗暴， 蝦碌，好似學生咁樣 。

仲有一堆唔專業嘅服務態度 。

今時今日， 大陸洗牙已經咁方便服務好，香港呢班牙醫仲咁樣玩嘢， 請自我反省。

我會稍後再詳盡 講明今日嘅經驗， 會盡量客觀 ，都請甘醫生有機會在此解釋。

我都好少比負評。因為都幫襯咗幾次，一路覺得都唔錯。
今日（2023/08/01）約咗洗牙，最初瞓低响張櫈係醫生同我講解同檢查，我就放心合埋眼去享受洗牙嘅樂趣，因為佢手勢好好幾溫柔。但係洗洗下，我發覺點解會痛同有啲粗暴，手勢無理由變成咁，但因為有強光照住，我開唔到眼，洗到一半要停低唞唞，發現原來係女醫生（？），甘醫生唔响度… 真係滿頭問號… 唔知點解第二個同我洗，我嚟係搵甘醫生幫我洗牙。
洗完真係好似受難咁，我同佢講你啲手勢好暴力，如果有下次係咪可以溫柔啲？
其實係咪洗牙依家轉咗第二個洗？
醫生如果離開係咪要講聲？
後來發覺佢哋出咗去午餐… 都只係得返我一個客，可唔可以洗完先食？都唔差多幾分鐘…
我嚟係想甘醫生幫我洗牙…
今日成個下晝就係咁過😩
