October 7, 2022 at 9:59 amI met Doctor Ku because of a case of sensitive and painful gums. I realized that teeth can cause so many different problems. An unconscious teeth-grinding habit can lead to bone spurs, which can then cause sleep apnea. I never imagined all of this was related to teeth. Fortunately, with Doctor Ku’s treatment, along with some teeth and oral muscle exercises and wearing braces at night, the problem has gradually improved. I just want to share my personal opinion in the hope that more people will know that finding the right doctor is crucial for the right treatment.
一次牙肉敏感痹痛的關係認識了Doctor Ku..才發覺牙齒原來可以牽引着很多不同的問題.一個不自覺的磨牙習慣..令牙骨增生…再可牽引導致睡眠窒息的症狀…這一切從來都沒有想像過與牙齒有關…幸好經Doctor Ku 的治療配合做了一些牙齒及口腔肌肉運動..再配合晚間佩戴牙套..這情況下問題已經慢慢得到改善.只想分享個人的意見希望讓更多人知道找到合適的醫生才有合適的治療.

September 7, 2022 at 6:11 pmI was referred to Dr. Ku after I mentioned some discomfort in my jaw from another dentist.
I was shocked to be asked about my sleep quality on my first visit here. Soon I found out Dr. Ku is an expert in sleep apnea, and not only has he improved my jaw dislocation condition, but more importantly, I have received a series of treatments to give me better sleep. Gutta-percha, tongue exercise, tongue tie relief, and sleeping test, are all done in a fast-paced and professional manner.
Huge thanks to the doctor and nurses, who have given me massive care for my tight schedule. I can now eat more comfortably and breathe more normally during the daytime and sleep.
I highly recommend anyone who has a similar condition have a check-up here.
P.S. Extra credit goes to the music taste from Dr. Ku. It helps a lot for a “dentalphobic” like me.
我之前去看牙醫，提到下巴有些不舒服，之後被推薦去找顧醫生。
第一次來這裡，醫生就問我睡眠品質如何，這讓我很驚訝。很快我就發現顧醫生是睡眠呼吸中止症的專家，他不僅改善了我的下巴脫位，更重要的是，他還為我制定了一系列治療方案，幫助我改善睡眠。牙膠充填、舌頭運動、舌繫帶鬆解術和睡眠測試，所有治療都進行得非常迅速且專業。
非常感謝醫生和護士們，他們在我繁忙的日程安排下給予了我無微不至的照顧。現在，我白天和晚上都能更舒服地吃飯、呼吸更順暢了。
我強烈推薦有類似情況的人來這裡檢查一下。
附：也要特別感謝顧醫師的音樂品味。這對像我這樣「害怕看牙醫」的人來說真的很有幫助。
