(D03753) Dr. Poon, Sui Lun Dentist

This isn’t my first time seeing a dentist. Last time, one of my teeth cracked, and the dentist quickly scheduled an appointment. They originally planned for braces, but it was too late, and the tooth cracked, so the dentist fixed it with an autoclave instead of braces. It’s been several years now.

This time, it seemed like my husband’s front tooth was about to fall out, so we went to a dentist in mainland China. After the X-ray, they said it would cost 8000 RMB for periodontal disease.

I immediately remembered Dr. Pan and made an appointment. He diligently performed the treatment, had an X-ray, and did a deep cleaning before making a decision. There was no need for a tooth extraction service.

Based on this experience, it’s always best to find a doctor you trust, and to save time and pay a reasonable fee.

唔係第一次睇，上次我有只牙齒裂開，醫生好快安排時間診治，診治原本要做牙套，最終來不及已裂開，醫生就 修補車牙 不用牙套， 到現在已經好幾年。
今次到我先生門牙好像要脫落， 我們就上國內 牙醫， 照完x光 就話 要牙週病8000元人民幣。
我二話不說記起潘醫生， 立即預約， 老老實實診治完照咗x光，都是 深層清潔 牙齒 再作決定。 不需要做任務脫牙服務。
就以上經驗， 始終都是找自己信賴的醫生及 省時 及合理收費 就最好。

Poor service and the dentist had bad altitude. Will never return.

So my tooth broke because of a decay and the dentist recommended me to extract the teeth and get a denture or implant. Didn’t suggest any alternative, in reality I could have gotten a dental post and some filling, my teeth would ook good as new. When I was asking for the price, I asked it twice because I want to write it down. The dentist was very impatient, speaking with a very bad attitude. Why would I pay to get this poor attitude? Please speak to your patients nicely and have some empathy! This dentist used to be nicer and that’s why I visited a few times. Not sure what happened since, but no matter how bad of a day he has, no patient should be treated like this. I never returned since and never will!

I just woke up with toothache and saw Dr. Pan. Despite being busy with appointments, I managed to find some time for a diagnosis and X-rays (which confirmed an inflamed wisdom tooth). Both Dr. Pan and the nurse were very polite. The only downside was the long wait due to the high number of appointments.

I never imagined there would be such a nice, young, and courteous dentist and nurse in the housing estate. No wonder they have so many good reviews online and are fully booked!

剛因牙疼痛醒下找到潘醫生，在眾多預約下抽出一點時間進行診斷及照X光片(證實是智慧齒發炎)，無論是潘醫生和護士都非常有禮貌，唯一無奈是預約很多引致排期需時。
我想不到屋村會有這麼好、這麼年輕又這麼有禮的牙齒和護士，難怪網上眾多好評及預約滿檔了!
