I had been experiencing severe tooth pain recently, so I called Dr. Ling’s clinic for a checkup. Although Dr. Ling was fully booked, he immediately scheduled an appointment to alleviate my pain after learning how bad it was!
He was very kind, saying, “I know toothache is really painful. I’ll help you relieve the pain today so you can at least get some sleep!”
After taking the X-ray, he carefully explained my situation. My molar was cracked, allowing bacteria to enter, and it was determined that I needed gum surgery! The treatment consisted of four separate sessions. I was initially very nervous and scared, but Dr. Ling’s technique was excellent, and the process was not very uncomfortable. He was also very patient and constantly reassured me! The pain subsided that very night after the first treatment! The nurse also called me the day after each treatment to check on my progress!
Good dentists are hard to find, I’m so glad I found one!
I accidentally bit my tooth when eating fruit and it hurt a lot. I guess it was a cracked tooth. But because I hadn’t returned to Hong Kong, the pain was still there, so I went to see Dr. Tam as soon as I got off the plane. I told him about my situation. After taking an X-Ray for me, he said he was “not sure” whether it was a cracked tooth, but said that the front tooth had cavities, and it might be because of this that it hurt for a week. He asked me if I wanted to fill the tooth. So you are a doctor, I trust you, I just don’t want to be in pain anymore, so I’ll see you first. Okay, after the filling, it was still okay. I even used the other side of the tooth to eat and it would hurt because the filling would be slightly different.
But because it was too painful, I had to go to the second clinic. I asked the same question to the doctor. The doctor used another instrument to check if the tooth was really cracked, and asked how deep it was to keep the pain.
Doctors have their own professional judgment, so I believed Dr. Tan at first, and I didn’t think about putting my experience here. I thought it didn’t matter if the clinic didn’t have the instrument to check the cracked tooth or what the cause was. At least I knew the cause when I went to the other clinic. I was unlucky.
Later, when I was about to leave Hong Kong, I found that I had insurance to claim, so I asked the clinic to give me a receipt and write the reason for my dental check-up. I accidentally swallowed something hard, which prompted me to go to the doctor. The first girl who greeted me had a bad attitude and said that she couldn’t give me a receipt because I had a tooth filling. Then she said that I had to see the doctor in person first. Since I had to fly soon, I asked if I could communicate with the doctor by phone/email. The girl had a bad attitude and said no. I couldn’t understand it at all. Finally, I went to ask several times, and the clinic gave me a receipt with the reason, but they refused to add the word “accident”. To be honest, I didn’t blame you. I just wanted you to write the fact. After so much back and forth, you still refused to do it, so I couldn’t do anything.
Furthermore, I asked the clinic to send me an X-Ray the next day after seeing the doctor. Later, I asked again over the phone. Then the girl with a bad attitude asked again. Then she asked twice more over WhatsApp. I got an X-Ray first. I asked 56 times in total. It was really exhausting.
I am really disappointed with this clinic. I have no confidence in it. I will not recommend it to my family and friends.

很有醫德的醫生
早前大牙覺得很痛，致電凌醫生診所求診，雖然凌醫生的預約很滿，但得知我牙痛非常後都立即安排我診症先緩解我痛楚情況！
還很窩心的說：我知道牙痛真很難受，今天先幫你舒緩，起碼可以瞓到覺！
照X光後細心解說我情況，大牙裂了，所以細菌進入，之後確定需要杜牙齦！前後分開了4次療程，原本很緊張害怕，但凌醫生手勢好好，過程中沒有很大不適，而且很有耐心，還一直安慰！第一次治療後當晚已沒有痛楚！每次治療後護士第二天也打電話俾我詢問我情況！
好牙醫難找，開心遇到！

經驗很差!!!!
我之前唔小心食野果陣咬到隻牙勁痛，估計係牙裂左，但因為果陣未返到香港，但痛楚依然係到，所以一落機就去左睇譚醫生，將我情況同左佢講，幫我照左X-Ray之後話”唔肯定”係咪裂牙，話不過前面隻牙有蛀牙，可能係因為咁所以痛左成星期都仲痛緊，就問我要唔要幫我補牙，咁你係醫生我緊係信你啦，我只係唔想再痛先黎睇你，好啦，咁補完牙之後係仲差左，我連用另一邊牙食野都會整到痛果個位，因為補左果隻牙會有少少位唔同左。
但因為太痛，我唯有去睇第二間，我都係講返同一個問題，個醫生係用另一個儀器去幫我CHECK，就話真係牙裂左，仲要都幾深先會KEEP住痛。
醫生有自己專業判斷，所以我一開始都信譚醫生，同埋我本來都無諗住要將我哩個經驗放上黎，我就當間診所果陣無幫我檢查裂牙嘅儀器或者咩原因都好啦，起碼我去另一間都知道左係咩原因，當我唔好彩。
後來我準備離開香港時發現自己有保險可以claim，咁我就問診所拎返張收據啦，同埋寫返我黎睇牙嘅原因，咁我係因為唔小心食到硬物先促成我黎求醫架麻，第一位打比我嘅個姑娘態度勁差，話唔可以幫我咁樣開收據，因為我最黎整嘅係補牙，然後話我一定要當面見醫生先得，咁我因為都好快要飛，我就問佢可唔可以用電話／電郵同醫生溝通呀，個姑娘態度勁差話唔可以架。我完全無辦法理解。最後我再上多次去問，間診所係出左張變據比我，寫左個原因，但都係唔肯加意外兩隻字落去，其實講真，我又唔係呃你地，我都只係想你寫返個事實出黎，咁都來來回回左咁耐，你地都唔肯搞，咁我都無辦法架啦。
再者，由我睇完醫生第二日開始問診所拎返我張X-Ray,後來電話又再問左次，之後態度好差姑娘打黎果陣再問左次，之後whatsapp又問左2次，我先拎到張X-Ray。前前後後都問左56次，真係好攰。
我對哩間診所真係好失望，真係無晒信心，唔會介紹屋企人同街坊朋友去
