A month ago, I came for a toothache checkup and found out it was a sensitive tooth. Dr. Lei was very patient, teaching me how to brush my teeth and suggesting I switch to a different toothbrush and toothpaste. He even gave me a sample of toothpaste specifically for sensitive teeth. After switching, the toothache stopped.
Last week, I came for a professional teeth cleaning. I told him beforehand that I was terrified of pain!
Dr. Lei’s hands were very steady, and he was very gentle during the process, reminding me to open my mouth wide, breathe through my mouth, etc. Most importantly, it wasn’t very painful and there was hardly any bleeding.
After the cleaning, all the tartar was gone, and the coffee stains were gone too… I was too nervous at the time (I’m really afraid of pain, so I was extremely nervous that day) to thank Dr. Lei properly, so I’m giving him a good review here! Thank you!
I’ve been Dr. Lei’s patient for many years. Her fees are reasonable, and her explanations and examinations are thorough and meticulous. I’ve had many dental repairs done; almost all of my molars, both large and small, were done by Dr. Lei. Her procedures include root canals, ulcer removal, regular fillings, and cleanings. It’s worth mentioning that she can effectively remove stains from my teeth. 😆😁😃😍😘😗

一個月前牙痛黎check牙, 發現係敏感性牙齒， 雷醫生好細心咁教我點刷牙同建議我換晒牙刷牙膏仲送左支for敏感性牙齒既牙膏試用比我。轉左牙刷牙膏之後就冇牙痛。
上個星期黎多次洗牙，事前講左我好怕好怕痛！
雷醫生手好穩，過程都幾溫柔叮囑我mark大口、用口透氣等等，最重要係唔係好痛亦冇咩血。
洗完之後牙石冇晒，咖啡漬都冇埋……
果時太緊張((我真係好怕痛所以果日勁緊張))，所以冇多謝到雷醫生，所以係度比返個好評！感謝！

Unless you want to be treated badly, I would never recommend this dentist.
A dentist who couldn’t be worse than the worst.
態度差，無禮貌，自己搞錯時間反而怪責客人。
除非想來受氣，否則完全不推薦。
差到無得再差既一個牙醫

我是雷醫生的多年病人，她收費廉宜，解釋和檢查詳盡仔細，我的整副牙齒已修補了不少，幾乎所有大小臼齒皆是雷醫生替我做的，所做的手術有根管治療、割牙瘡、普通補牙和洗牙，值得介紹的是，醫生可以淨刷掉牙漬。😆😁😃😍😘😗
