The dentist was very meticulous and patient, and explained everything very clearly. I had been experiencing tooth pain for over a year. I had seen two dentists in Taiwan, but they didn’t even take an X-ray; they just asked if I wanted a root canal. It was the same in Hong Kong. But after this dentist took an X-ray, he said that root canals are expensive, very painful, and require multiple procedures. Moreover, the success rate for my tooth was only about 60%. He told me to consider it myself. I had also done a lot of research online beforehand, and in the end, I decided to have the tooth removed.

醫生很細心及有耐性，解釋得很清楚。大牙痛了一年多，在台灣看過兩個牙醫，連x光都沒照，只會問要不要杜牙根，香港也是這樣。但這位醫生幫我照了x光片之後，說杜牙根一方面貴，也會很痛和做好幾次，而且我牙的成功率只有六成左右，讓我自己考慮，我自己之前在網上也查過很多資料，最後我都決定脫牙。
