My father-in-law went to the dentist to have a tooth extracted. Seeing that his medical insurance account had over 6,000 dollars, the dentist said that extracting this tooth would be very difficult and advised against it, even saying that if it was done badly, he’d lose his license. He then went to a second dentist to have 1,200 dollars extracted, but this dentist was very dishonest and is now on the blacklist.

I’m not sure about the technique, it was my first time making an appointment, but this doctor’s sense of time is definitely terrible. I booked for 3:30, and then an elderly woman who came in at 3:30 also booked for 3:30. The nurses were stunned; apparently, the doctor had answered the phone and hadn’t registered her. Then they told the elderly woman to come back at 4:30. The doctor was cleaning a child’s teeth, and then the mother said she needed another cleaning done, so the doctor cleaned that too, seemingly ignoring the queue outside. After cleaning for a bit, he even said she needed a filling?! By 4:00, they still hadn’t finished, and then at 4:30 it was the elderly woman’s turn. She looked to be in her 70s. Having to make her walk around and wait, I just left. This doctor is pretty good, though.

技術唔清楚，第一次約，不過呢位醫生時間觀念一定係差，我約3:30，然後有個婆婆3:30上到黎又係約咗3:30。啲護士都呆咗，原來係醫生聽電話無落簿。之後叫婆婆4:30再返黎，本身個醫生幫小朋友洗緊，之後媽媽話洗埋一份，個醫生又同媽媽洗埋好似唔洗理出面有人排隊咁，洗洗吓仲話要補埋牙？點呀！果時4點都未攪完，430又到個婆婆，個婆婆大約有70幾歲，要個老人家走黎走去又要等，我都係走把。呢個醫生都算好野

Doctor is not patient at all, just keep saying your teeth is poor, poor, poor with just one glance. Quote HKD15000 for fixing a tooth which is crazy. Charge HKD 400 for checking only.
