A few days ago, I went to Dr. Zhang’s clinic in Tuen Mun for gingivitis. I was very disappointed with his service: Dr. Zhang looked at my affected area for less than 5 seconds and hastily sent me off the bed. He did not carefully check the condition or remove the inflamed tissue in my mouth. He immediately “introduced” me to a nearby testing center to add hundreds of dollars for X-rays. The large package of medicine Dr. Zhang gave me did not relieve my pain symptoms at all during the two days. It can be said that it was completely ineffective.
I went to another dentist this morning. He helped me clean the affected area carefully and the medicine he gave me was obviously more effective. My toothache feeling has been mostly relieved by the afternoon.
I hope you can take better care of the feelings and conditions of patients in the future.

本人早幾天因牙齦發炎在 張醫生掛診之屯門區所求診，對其服務感到十分失望：張醫生看本人患處狀況前後不到5秒，便草草打發我下床，其間沒有仔細檢查狀況也沒有清除本人口腔內的發炎組織，更即時「介紹」本人到附近的檢測中心加數百元照X光片。張醫生給予的大包藥物在兩天其間也絲毫沒有減輕本人的疼痛症狀，可以說是完全無效。
本人於今早求診另一位牙醫，他有幫我仔細清洗患處，給予我的藥物也明顯更有效。時及下午本人的牙痛感覺已清除大半。
希望 閣下於日後能更照顧病患的感受和病情。
