This dentist’s equipment and techniques are outdated, and his diagnoses are subjective, ignoring patients’ feelings. My husband said his back teeth were uncomfortable, but he said it was nothing and instead filled his two front teeth. After the filling, his back tooth still hurt.
My back molar hurt, and he said that tooth was fine, insisting it was the front tooth causing the problem. He removed the front tooth and told me to come back in two or three months for a bridge, keeping the back tooth for the bridge. A week later, my face was still swollen, and my tooth still hurt. A friend recommended another dentist. After a 360-degree X-ray, he said that two tooth roots were still embedded in the jawbone and needed to be removed surgically to prevent further inflammation. It took an hour to remove them, and he also removed the back molar, costing an extra 6000 yuan! It was terrible! I will never see this dentist again.

The dentist there said it was just some bone that hadn’t come off, and then removed some of that so-called “bone.” Because after removing the molar, I discovered that the tooth behind it was decayed. Since it’s been painful every day since the removal (it had been a little painful before, but I hadn’t paid attention), I went to another dentist. That dentist said he needed an X-ray to check the decayed tooth, and it turned out that the tooth hadn’t been completely removed; some tooth fragments remained. In the end, I had to pay an extra 800 yuan to remove these small fragments. What’s even more outrageous is that he didn’t mention the problem with my back teeth; he just said I should wait two or three months to get a bridge or dentures. He even pretended to be a nice guy, saying things like, “You brush your teeth very well,” which was incredibly inappropriate. This dentist, Dr. Yu, is absolutely unprofessional; please don’t patronize him.
My tooth still hurts after he had it rooted and braces done. When I went back for a follow-up checkup, he said it was not related to my tooth and not only prescribed a bottle of mouthwash, but also charged me again. It’s so irresponsible.

這個牙醫的設備和技術已落後了，判症又主觀，不理病人的自我感受。我先生說最後面的牙唔舒服，他說冇事，反而幫我先生補前面那兩隻牙，補完後最尾隻牙還是痛。
我最後面的大牙痛，他說那隻牙是好的，堅持是前面那隻牙影響，剝了前面那隻牙，還叫我過兩三個月回去做牙橋，留番最尾那隻牙做牙橋。過了一星期臉還是腫，牙還是痛，朋友介紹睇另一個牙醫，照360度X光，說剝掉的牙還留了兩隻牙腳在牙骨內，要做小手術攞出來，否則繼續發炎，結果搞左一個鐘才攞了出來，剝埋最尾的大牙，使多6000元，真慘！以後不感再看這個牙醫了。

上星期在這裡剝牙，剝牙後發覺好像還一些牙腳未脱掉，於是再去番檢查，那牙醫說.只是一些牙骨未脱，跟住就拿走了一些所謂“牙骨”。由於脱掉大牙後，才發現原來後面的牙已經蛀了，因為剝牙後每天都在痛(之前已有一點痛，但沒有留意)，所以就去了另一間牙醫檢查，牙醫說要用X光先檢查那隻蛀牙，結果發現之前那隻牙未完全剝掉，還剩餘一些牙腳，最後我要另付800元剝掉這隻小牙腳。其實更離普是他不單沒有說出我後面的牙齒問題，而只係講等到兩三個月後再做牙橋或者假牙。他還扮到赖係好人，說甚麼“你刷牙刷得很好”.的刷鞋說話。這個余牙醫絕對不專業，千祈咪幫襯。

只牙俾佢度完牙根和做做佐牙牙套仲係痛，返去俾佢覆診冇點檢查就話唔關只牙事，求奇開佐樽嗽口水就算了，仲再次收錢，太不負責任了。
